Growing up, I felt as if the only adult who was one of us kids, was Robin Williams. He had this magical wonder of curiosity. And upon any type of positive realization, he would just explode with an excitement that would cause his mouth to sputter out words faster than his brain could comprehend. I loved his films growing up and he played a huge part in my childhood. This is a contribution piece to the magic he brought to me as a kid. Thank you Robin Williams!

Illustration I did for a short film directed by a friend of mine called ‘Gord’s Brother.’ Influenced by the old monster comics from the early 50’s. The illustration is used in the film as a comic book cover.  It’s fun to do these illustration things once in a while.

Here are a few of my favorite Amulet-related paintings from the past couple years!  The top piece is the opening spread for Book 5, the rest were location pieces for an Amulet app we were putting together.

We’re hard at work on Amulet 6 right now, and it’s looking incredible so far.  It’ll be out this September so you all can see for yourselves!

I saw Disney’s ‘Frozen’ last night and it took me by surprise! There were many Disney moments that turned away from what I was expecting! It was wonderful! The first couple of musical numbers really threw me right into the mood and I got warm fuzzy feelings inside… Nostalgic moments from the past great Disney films. I feel as if it really drew a lot from its previous traditionally animated films too! Anyways, go see it!

Played with some vfx stuff. Haha, the side by side comparison is pretty funny… they look nothing alike.
